Please join The Fry Guest House in Mt. Vernon, Ohio and Beth Deering for "THE RETURN OF LINCOLN " as they welcome Mr. John Cooper as Abraham Lincoln.
For more than 25years John Cooper has portrayed the President. Cooper is a self- avowed history buff and has an extensive personal history library that includes over 100 books about the 16th President.
You may find John Cooper aka Abraham Lincoln at The Ohio State Fair, to Civil War reenactments, and festivals in between, to your local classroom.
But for one night on June 14th from 6pm to 8pm in honor of Flag Day, and Father's Day, you will find him dining with guests on a feast of Chicken Fricassee, biscuits and apple pie ( Lincoln's favorite meal).

So take a seat at his table and enjoy a presentation, the reciting of the Gettysburg Address. A question and answer session will follow his address.
You will also experience a Civil War Encampment on the grounds of the Fry Guest House at 303 N. Main St. In Mt. Vernon, Ohio.
