The 2024 Mount Vernon Farmers Market kicks off it's 21st season Saturday, May 4th on the Public Square from 9 a.m. to noon. Wear your Star Wars attire and check out the market's 20+ vendors before you stay downtown for May the Fourth Be With You event. You'll find local farmers with plants, herbs, fruits and vegetables, beef, chicken, pork, specialty items, goat milk soap, unique jellies and herb mixes, nut brittle, baked goods and more!
